c1e1824661 pci: allocate pci id for nvme
The emulated nvme device (hw/block/nvme.c) is currently using an
internal Intel device id.

Prepare to change that by allocating a device id under the 1b36 (Red
Hat, Inc.) vendor id.

72a810f411 xhci: add qemu xhci controller
Turn existing TYPE_XHCI into an abstract base class.
Create two child classes, TYPE_NEC_XHCI (same name as old xhci
controller) and TYPE_QEMU_XHCI (using an ID from our namespace).

a4d79c3d10 docs: sync pci-ids.txt
Three commits allocated pci ids in include/hw/pci/pci.h
without also updating docs/specs/pci-ids.txt:

bf439db pci: Allocate PCIe host bridge PCI ID
40d14be hw/pci: introduce PCI Expander Bridge (PXB)
02b0743 hw/pxb: introduce pxb-pcie expander for PCIe machines

This patch updates pci-ids.txt accordingly.

5aa8136020 pci: move REDHAT_SDHCI device ID to make room for Rocker
The rocker device uses same PCI device ID as sdhci. Since rocker device driver
has already been accepted into Linux 3.18, and REDHAT_SDHCI device ID isn't
used by any drivers, it's safe to move REDHAT_SDHCI device ID, avoiding
conflict with rocker.
