Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests
has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.
sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

Commit afe35cde6 added additional actions to test 33, but forgot
to reset the image between tests. As a result, './check -nbd 33'
fails because the qemu-nbd process from the first half is still
occupying the port, preventing the second half from starting a
new qemu-nbd process. Worse, the failure leaves a rogue qemu-nbd
process behind even after the test fails, which causes knock-on
failures to later tests that also want to start qemu-nbd.

This new test case only makes sense for qcow2 while iotest 033 is generic;
however it matches the test purpose perfectly and also 033 contains those
do_test() tricks to pass the alignment, which won't look nice being
duplicated in other tests or moved to the common code.

The tests 033, 140, 145 and 157 were all broken
when run with LUKS, since they did not correctly use
the required image opts args syntax to specify the
decryption secret. Further, the 120 test simply does
not make sense to run with luks, as the scenario
exercised is not relevant.
The test 181 was broken when run with LUKS because
it didn't take account of fact that $TEST_IMG was
already in image opts syntax. The launch_qemu
helper also didn't register the secret object
providing the LUKS password.

The previous commit removed the last usage of ${tmp} inside the tests
themselves; the only remaining users are sourced by check. So we can now
drop this variable from the tests.

Commit 57d6a428 broke blk_aio_write_zeroes() because in some write
functions in the call path don't have an explicit length argument but
reuse qiov->size instead. Which is great, except that write_zeroes
doesn't have a qiov, which this commit interprets as 0 bytes.
Consequently, blk_aio_write_zeroes() didn't effectively do anything.
This patch introduces an explicit acb->bytes in BlkAioEmAIOCB and uses
that instead of acb->rwco.size.
The synchronous version of the function is okay because it does pass a
qiov (with the right size and a NULL pointer as its base).
