Bernhard Beschow	1a6981bbdc	hw: Move ich9.h to southbridge/ ... ICH9 is a south bridge which doesn't necessarily depend on x86, so move it into the southbridge folder, analoguous to PIIX. Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	fbae27e857	hw/acpi: Rename tco.c -> ich9_tco.c ... tco.c contains the ICH9 implementation of its "total cost of ownership". Rename it accordingly to emphasis this is a part of the ICH9 model.
