7d5b0d6864 bulk: Remove pointless QOM casts
Mechanical change running Coccinelle spatch with content
generated from the qom-cast-macro-clean-cocci-gen.py added
in the previous commit.

fe8ac1fa49 qapi machine: Elide redundant has_FOO in generated C
The has_FOO for pointer-valued FOO are redundant, except for arrays.
They are also a nuisance to work with. Recent commit "qapi: Start to
elide redundant has_FOO in generated C" provided the means to elide
them step by step. This is the step for qapi/machine*.json.

Said commit explains the transformation in more detail. The invariant
violations mentioned there do not occur here.

58de96e2eb pci-ids: drop PCI_DEVICE_ID_VIRTIO_MEM
Not needed for a virtio 1.0 device. virtio_pci_device_plugged()
overrides them anyway (so no functional change).

d89dd28f0e qapi: Include qom-path in MEMORY_DEVICE_SIZE_CHANGE qapi events
As we might not always have a device id, it is impossible to always
match MEMORY_DEVICE_SIZE_CHANGE events to an actual device. Let's
include the qom-path in the event, which allows for reliable mapping of
events to devices.

296e88fd9f virito-mem: Implement get_min_alignment()
The block size determines the alignment requirements. Implement
get_min_alignment() of the TYPE_MEMORY_DEVICE interface.

This allows auto-assignment of a properly aligned address in guest
physical address space. For example, when specifying a 2GB block size
for a virtio-mem device with 10GB with a memory setup "-m 4G, 20G",
we'll no longer fail when realizing.

b495ec6c5e qapi: Restrict device memory commands to machine code
Only qemu-system-FOO and qemu-storage-daemon provide QMP
monitors, therefore such declarations and definitions are
irrelevant for user-mode emulation.

Restricting the memory commands to machine.json pulls less
QAPI-generated code into user-mode.

c22aba1963 virtio-mem-pci: force virtio version 1
Trying to run simple virtio-mem-pci examples currently fails with
    qemu-system-x86_64: -device virtio-mem-pci,id=vm0,memdev=mem0,node=0,
    requested-size=300M: device is modern-only, use disable-legacy=on
due to the added safety checks in 9b3a35ec82 ("virtio: verify that legacy
support is not accidentally on").

As noted by Conny, we have to force virtio version 1. While at it, use
qdev_realize() to set the parent bus and realize - like most other
virtio-*-pci implementations.

5325cc34a2 qom: Put name parameter before value / visitor parameter
The object_property_set_FOO() setters take property name and value in
an unusual order:

    void object_property_set_FOO(Object *obj, FOO_TYPE value,
                                 const char *name, Error **errp)

Having to pass value before name feels grating. Swap them.

Same for object_property_set(), object_property_get(), and
object_property_parse().

Convert callers with this Coccinelle script:

    @@
    identifier fun = {
        object_property_get, object_property_parse, object_property_set_str,
        object_property_set_link, object_property_set_bool,
        object_property_set_int, object_property_set_uint, object_property_set,
        object_property_set_qobject
    };
    expression obj, v, name, errp;
    @@
    -    fun(obj, v, name, errp)
    +    fun(obj, name, v, errp)

Chokes on hw/arm/musicpal.c's lcd_refresh() with the unhelpful error
message "no position information". Convert that one manually.

Fails to convert hw/arm/armsse.c, because Coccinelle gets confused by
ARMSSE being used both as typedef and function-like macro there.
Convert manually.

Fails to convert hw/rx/rx-gdbsim.c, because Coccinelle gets confused
by RXCPU being used both as typedef and function-like macro there.
Convert manually. The other files using RXCPU that way don't need
conversion.

722a3c783e virtio-pci: Send qapi events when the virtio-mem size changes
Let's register the notifier and trigger the qapi event with the right
device id.

MEMORY_DEVICE_SIZE_CHANGE is similar to BALLOON_CHANGE, however on a
memory device level.

Don't unregister the notifier (we neither have finalize() nor unrealize()
for VirtIOPCIProxy, so it's not that simple to do it) - both devices are
expected to vanish at the same time.
