d9e2da0ccc tests/qtest/npcm7xx_watchdog_timer: Only test the corner cases by default
The test_prescaler() part in the npcm7xx_watchdog_timer test is quite
repetitive, testing all possible combinations of the WTCLK and WTIS
bitfields. Since each test spins up a new instance of QEMU, this is
rather an expensive test, especially on loaded host systems.
For the normal quick test mode, it should be sufficient to test the
corner settings of these fields (i.e. 0 and 3), so we can speed up
this test in the default mode quite a bit.

907b5105f1 tests: move libqtest.h back under qtest/
Since commit a2ce7dbd91 ("meson: convert tests/qtest to meson"),
libqtest.h is under libqos/ directory, while libqtest.c is still in
qtest/. Move back to its original location to avoid mixing with libqos/.

7d378ed6e3 hw/timer: Adding watchdog for NPCM7XX Timer.
The watchdog is part of NPCM7XX's timer module. Its behavior is
controlled by the WTCR register in the timer.

When enabled, the watchdog issues an interrupt signal after a pre-set
amount of cycles, and issues a reset signal shortly after that.
