aa274c33c3 update-linux-headers: import linux/kvm_para.h header
Right now QEMU is importing arch/x86/include/uapi/asm/kvm_para.h
because it includes definitions for kvmclock and for KVM CPUID
bits. However, other definitions for KVM hypercall values and return
codes are included in include/uapi/linux/kvm_para.h and they will be
used by SEV-SNP.

To ensure that it is possible to include both <linux/kvm_para.h> and
"standard-headers/asm-x86/kvm_para.h" without conflicts, provide
linux/kvm_para.h as a portable header too, and forward linux-headers/
files to those in include/standard-headers. Note that <linux/kvm_para.h>
will include architecture-specific definitions as well, but
"standard-headers/linux/kvm_para.h" will not because it can be used in
architecture-independent files.

This could easily be extended to other architectures, but right now
they do not need any symbol in their specific kvm_para.h files.

4034159c1a Revert "hw/virtio: Add support for VDPA network simulation devices"
This reverts commit cd341fd1ff.

The patch adds non-upstream code in
include/standard-headers/linux/virtio_pci.h
which would make maintainance harder.

Revert for now.

693869a66e m68k: rework BI_VIRT_RNG_SEED as BI_RNG_SEED
Following a change on the kernel side (see link), pass BI_RNG_SEED
instead of BI_VIRT_RNG_SEED. This should have no impact on
compatibility, as there will simply be no effect if it's an old kernel,
which is how things have always been. We then use this as an opportunity
to add this to q800, since now we can, which is a nice improvement.

67f7e426e5 hw/i386: pass RNG seed via setup_data entry
Tiny machines optimized for fast boot time generally don't use EFI,
which means a random seed has to be supplied some other way. For this
purpose, Linux (≥5.20) supports passing a seed in the setup_data table
with SETUP_RNG_SEED, specially intended for hypervisors, kexec, and
specialized bootloaders. The linked commit shows the upstream kernel
implementation.

At Paolo's request, we don't pass these to versioned machine types ≤7.0.

e1cecdca55 m68k: add Virtual M68k Machine
The machine is based on Goldfish interfaces defined by Google
for Android simulator. It uses Goldfish-rtc (timer and RTC),
Goldfish-pic (PIC) and Goldfish-tty (for serial port and early tty).

The machine is created with 128 virtio-mmio bus, and they can
be used to use serial console, GPU, disk, NIC, HID, ...

3aa1b7af0f pvrdma: wean code off pvrdma_ring.h kernel header
The pvrdma code relies on the pvrdma_ring.h kernel header for some
basic ring buffer handling. The content of that header isn't very
exciting, but contains some (q)atomic_*() invocations that (a)
cause manual massaging when doing a headers update, and (b) are
an indication that we probably should not be importing that header
at all.

Let's reimplement the ring buffer handling directly in the pvrdma
code instead. This arguably also improves readability of the code.

Importing the header can now be dropped.

c1bb5418e3 target/i386: Support up to 32768 CPUs without IRQ remapping
The IOAPIC has an 'Extended Destination ID' field in its RTE, which maps
to bits 11-4 of the MSI address. Since those address bits fall within a
given 4KiB page they were historically non-trivial to use on real hardware.

The Intel IOMMU uses the lowest bit to indicate a remappable format MSI,
and then the remaining 7 bits are part of the index.

Where the remappable format bit isn't set, we can actually use the other
seven to allow external (IOAPIC and MSI) interrupts to reach up to 32768
CPUs instead of just the 255 permitted on bare metal.

d73415a315 qemu/atomic.h: rename atomic_ to qatomic_
clang's C11 atomic_fetch_*() functions only take a C11 atomic type
pointer argument. QEMU uses direct types (int, etc) and this causes a
compiler error when a QEMU code calls these functions in a source file
that also included <stdatomic.h> via a system header file:

  $ CC=clang CXX=clang++ ./configure ... && make
../util/async.c:79:17: error: address argument to atomic operation must be a pointer to _Atomic type ('unsigned int *' invalid)

Avoid using atomic_*() names in QEMU's atomic.h since that namespace is
used by <stdatomic.h>. Prefix QEMU's APIs with 'q' so that atomic.h
and <stdatomic.h> can co-exist. I checked /usr/include on my machine and
searched GitHub for existing "qatomic_" users but there seem to be none.

This patch was generated using:

  $ git grep -h -o '\<atomic\(64\)\?_[a-z0-9_]\+' include/qemu/atomic.h | \
    sort -u >/tmp/changed_identifiers
$ for identifier in $(</tmp/changed_identifiers); do
        sed -i "s%\<$identifier\>%q$identifier%g" \
            $(git grep -I -l "\<$identifier\>")
    done

I manually fixed line-wrap issues and misaligned rST tables.
