The PL110 enum value name will conflict with the PL110 type cast
checker, when we replace the existing macro with an inline
function. Add a VERSION_ prefix to all pl110_version enum
values, to avoid conflicts.

In my "build everything" tree, changing migration/vmstate.h triggers a
recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers
include it just to get VMStateDescription. The previous commit made
that unnecessary.
Include migration/vmstate.h only where it's still needed. Touching it
now recompiles only some 1600 objects.

of some 5400 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that
don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers
include it just to get qemu_irq and.or qemu_irq_handler.
Move the qemu_irq and qemu_irq_handler typedefs from hw/irq.h to
qemu/typedefs.h, and then include hw/irq.h only where it's still
needed. Touching it now recompiles only some 500 objects.

This implements rudimentary support for interrupt generation on the
PL110. I am working on a new DRI/KMS driver for Linux and since that
uses the blanking interrupt, we need something to fire here. Without
any interrupt support Linux waits for a while and then gives ugly
messages about the vblank not working in the console (it does not
hang perpetually or anything though, DRI is pretty forgiving).
I solved it for now by setting up a timer to fire at 60Hz and pull
the interrupts for "vertical compare" and "next memory base"
at this interval. This works fine and fires roughly the same number
of IRQs on QEMU as on the hardware and leaves the console clean
and nice.
People who want to create more accurate emulation can probably work
on top of this if need be. It is certainly closer to the hardware
behaviour than what we have today anyway.

The MemoryRegionSection contains enough information to access the
RAM region underlying the framebuffer, and can be cached inside the
display device.
By doing this, the new framebuffer_update_memory_section function can
enable dirty memory logging on the relevant RAM region. The function
must be called whenever the stride or base of the framebuffer changes;
a simple way to cover these cases is to call it on every full frame
invalidation, which is a rare case.
framebuffer_update_display now works entirely on a MemoryRegionSection,
without going through cpu_physical_memory_map/unmap.

device_add plugs devices into suitable bus. For "real" buses, that
actually connects the device. For sysbus, the connections need to be
made separately, and device_add can't do that. The device would be
left unconnected, and could not possibly work.
Quite a few, but not all sysbus devices already set
cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet in their class init function.
Set it in their abstract base's class init function
sysbus_device_class_init(), and remove the now redundant assignments
from device class init functions.

In an ideal world, machines can be built by wiring devices together
with configuration, not code. Unfortunately, that's not the world we
live in right now. We still have quite a few devices that need to be
wired up by code. If you try to device_add such a device, it'll fail
in sometimes mysterious ways. If you're lucky, you get an
unmysterious immediate crash.
To protect users from such badness, DeviceClass member no_user used to
make device models unavailable with -device / device_add, but that
regressed in commit 18b6dad. The device model is still omitted from
help, but is available anyway.
Attempts to fix the regression have been rejected with the argument
that the purpose of no_user isn't clear, and it's prone to misuse.
This commit clarifies no_user's purpose. Anthony suggested to rename
it cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet_due_to_internal_bugs, which
I shorten somewhat to keep checkpatch happy. While there, make it
bool.
Every use of cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet gets a FIXME
comment asking for rationale. The next few commits will clean them
all up, either by providing a rationale, or by getting rid of the use.
With that done, the regression fix is hopefully acceptable.

Screendumps are alot simpler as we can update non-active
QemuConsoles now. So we only need to update the QemuConsole
we want write out, then dump the DisplaySurface content into
a ppm file. Done.
No console switching needed. No special support code in the
gfx card emulation needed. Zap it all. Also move ppm_save
out of the vga code and next to the qmp_screendump function.
For now screen dumping is limited to console #0 (like it used
to be), even though it is dead simple to extend it to other
consoles. I wanna finish the console cleanup before setting
new qapi interfaces into stone.
