209c07dbec iotests: Fix CID for VMDK afl image
This reverts commit 76bf133c4 which updated the reference output, and
fixed the reference image, because the code path we want to exercise is
actually the invalid image size.

The descriptor block in the image, which includes the CID to verify, has been
invalid since the reference image was added. Since commit 9877860e7b we report
this error earlier than the "file too large", so 059.out mismatches.

The binary change is generated along the operations of:

  $ bunzip2 afl9.vmdk.bz2
  $ qemu-img create -f vmdk fix.vmdk 1G
  $ dd if=afl9.vmdk of=fix.vmdk bs=512 count=1 conv=notrunc
  $ mv fix.vmdk afl9.vmdk
  $ bzip2 afl9.vmdk

59fa68f3f3 qemu-iotests/059: Fix leaked image files
qemu-iotests 059 left a whole lot of image files behind in the scratch
directory because VMDK creates additional files for extents and cleaning
them up requires the original image intact (it parses qemu-img info
output to find all extent files), but the image overwrote it many times
like it works for all other image formats.

In addition, _use_sample_img overwrites the TEST_IMG variable, causing
new images created afterwards to reuse the name of the sample file
rather than the usual t.IMGFMT.

This patch adds an intermediate _cleanup_test_img after each subtest
that created an image file with additional extent files, and also after
each use of a sample image. _cleanup_test_img is also changed so that it
resets TEST_IMG after a sample image is cleaned up.

Note that this test was failing before this commit and continues to do
so after it. This failure was introduced in commit 9877860 ('block/vmdk:
Report failures in vmdk_read_cid()') and needs to be dealt with
separately.

b7aa131519 qemu-io: Return non-zero exit code on failure
The result of openfile was not checked, leading to failure deep in the
actual command with confusing error message, and exiting with exit code 0.

Here is a simple example - trying to read with the wrong format:

    $ touch file
    $ qemu-io -f qcow2 -c 'read -P 1 0 1024' file; echo $?
    can't open device file: Image is not in qcow2 format
    no file open, try 'help open'
    0

With this patch, we fail earlier with exit code 1:

    $ ./qemu-io -f qcow2 -c 'read -P 1 0 1024' file; echo $?
    can't open device file: Image is not in qcow2 format
    1

Failing earlier, we don't log this error now:

    no file open, try 'help open'

But some tests expected it; the line was removed from the test output.

d28d737fb9 vmdk: Clean up "Invalid extent lines" error message
vmdk_parse_extents() reports parse errors like this:

    error_setg(errp, "Invalid extent lines:\n%s", p);

where p points to the beginning of the malformed line in the image
descriptor. This results in a multi-line error message

    Invalid extent lines:
    <first line that doesn't parse>
    <remaining text that may or may not parse, if any>

Error messages should not have newlines embedded. Since the remaining
text is not helpful, we can simply report:

    Invalid extent line: <first line that doesn't parse>

a8d8a1a06c qemu-iotests: Add data pattern in version3 VMDK sample image in 059

implementation. Having a reference image in the test cases may detect
such problems when we introduce a bug that can read what it creates, but
