When pulling in headers that are in the same directory as the C file (as
opposed to one in include/), we should use its relative path, without a
directory.

Instead of passing silently round down the number of pages, make it an
error that the cache size is not a power of 2.

Once there, take a total size instead of the size of the pages. We
move the check that the new_size is bigger than one page from
xbzrle_cache_resize().
