Now that we bumped the minimum glib version to 2.66, we can drop
the old code.

Now that we dropped support for CentOS 8 and Ubuntu 20.04, we can
look into bumping the glib version to a new minimum for further
clean-ups. According to repology.org, available versions are:
CentOS Stream 9: 2.66.7
Debian 11: 2.66.8
Fedora 38: 2.74.1
Freebsd: 2.78.4
Homebrew: 2.80.0
Openbsd: 2.78.4
OpenSuse leap 15.5: 2.70.5
pkgsrc_current: 2.78.4
Ubuntu 22.04: 2.72.1
Thus it should be safe to bump the minimum glib version to 2.66 now.
Version 2.66 comes with new functions for URI parsing which will
allow further clean-ups in the following patches.

Macro ERRP_GUARD() is only needed when we want to dereference @errp or
pass it to error_prepend() or error_append_hint(). Delete superfluous
ones.

Anywhere we create a list of just one item or by prepending items
(typically because order doesn't matter), we can use
QAPI_LIST_PREPEND(). But places where we must keep the list in order
by appending remain open-coded until later patches.
Note that as a side effect, this also performs a cleanup of two minor
issues in qga/commands-posix.c: the old code was performing
new = g_malloc0(sizeof(*ret));
which 1) is confusing because you have to verify whether 'new' and
'ret' are variables with the same type, and 2) would conflict with C++
compilation (not an actual problem for this file, but makes
copy-and-paste harder).

Add new commands to add and remove SSH public keys from
~/.ssh/authorized_keys.
I took a different approach for testing, including the unit tests right
with the code. I wanted to overwrite the function to get the user
details, I couldn't easily do that over QMP. Furthermore, I prefer
having unit tests very close to the code, and unit files that are domain
specific (commands-posix is too crowded already). FWIW, that
coding/testing style is Rust-style (where tests can or should even be
part of the documentation!).
