Fix a buffer overflow, reported by cppcheck:
[/src/qemu/hw/lan9118.c:849]: (error) Buffer access out-of-bounds: s.eeprom
All eeprom handling code assumes that the size of eeprom is 128,
except lan9118_eeprom_cmd. Fix this by restricting the address passed.

As stated before, devices can be little, big or native endian. The
target endianness is not of their concern, so we need to push things
down a level.
This patch adds a parameter to cpu_register_io_memory that allows a
device to choose its endianness. For now, all devices simply choose
native endian, because that's the same behavior as before.

Anything that moves hundreds of lines out of vl.c can't be all bad.
