d03637bcfb ACPI: Add Virtual Machine Generation ID support
This implements the VM Generation ID feature by passing a 128-bit
GUID to the guest via a fw_cfg blob.
Any time the GUID changes, an ACPI notify event is sent to the guest

The user interface is a simple device with one parameter:
 - guid (string, must be "auto" or in UUID format
   xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx)

80e5db303d machine: Make possible_cpu_arch_ids() return const pointer
make sure that external callers won't try to modify
possible_cpus and owner of possible_cpus can access
it directly when it modifies it.

ac35f13ba8 pc: acpi: introduce AcpiDeviceIfClass.madt_cpu hook
Add madt_cpu callback to AcpiDeviceIfClass and use
it for generating LAPIC MADT entries for CPUs.

Later it will be used for generating x2APIC
entries in case of more than 255 CPUs and also
would be reused by ARM target when ACPI CPU hotplug
is introduced there.

eaf23bf794 acpi: extend ACPI interface to provide send_event hook
send_event() hook will allow to send ACPI event in
a target specific way (GPE or GPIO based impl.)
it will also simplify proxy wrappers in piix4pm/ich9
that access ACPI regs and SCI which are part of
piix4pm/lcp_ich9 devices and call acpi_foo() API directly.

521b3673ac acpi: introduce TYPE_ACPI_DEVICE_IF interface
... it will be used to abstract generic ACPI bits from
device that implements ACPI interface.

ACPIOSTInfo type is used for passing-through raw _OST
event/status codes reported by guest OS to a management
layer. It lets management tools interpret values
as specified by ACPI spec if it is interested in it.

QEMU doesn't encode these values as enum, since it
doesn't need to handle them and it allows interface
to scale well without any changes in QEMU while guest
OS and management evolves in time.
