When you try to set qtest property "log" while the qtest object is
active, the error message blames "insufficient permission":
$ qemu-system-x86_64 -S -display none -nodefaults -monitor stdio -chardev socket,id=chrqt0,path=qtest.socket,server=on,wait=off -object qtest,id=qt0,chardev=chrqt0,log=/dev/null
QEMU 7.1.50 monitor - type 'help' for more information
(qemu) qom-set /objects/qt0 log qtest.log
Error: Insufficient permission to perform this operation
This implies it could work with "sufficient permission". It can't.
Change the error message to:
Error: Property 'log' can not be set now
Same for property "chardev".

Convert the TARGET_WORDS_BIGENDIAN macro, similarly to what was done
with HOST_BIG_ENDIAN. The new TARGET_BIG_ENDIAN macro is either 0 or 1,
and thus should always be defined to prevent misuse.

glib provides a convenience helper to measure elapsed time. It isn't
subject to wall-clock time changes.
Note that this changes the initial OPENED time, which used to print the
current time.

One less qemu-specific macro. It also helps to make some headers/units
only depend on glib, and thus moved in standalone projects eventually.

The qtest server right now can only be created using the -qtest
and -qtest-log options. Allow an alternative way to create it
using "-object qtest,chardev=...,log=...".
This is part of the long term plan to make more (or all) of
QEMU configurable through QMP and preconfig mode.

Add mayfail bool parameter to module loading functions. Set it to true
for module_load_qom_all() because device modules might not load into all
system emulation variants. qemu-system-s390x for example will not load
qxl because it lacks vga support. Makes "make check" less chatty.
Drop module_loaded_qom_all check in module_load_qom_one to make sure we
see errors for explicit load requests, i.e. module_load_qom_one("qxl")
failing will log an error no matter whenever module_load_qom_all() was
called before or not.

refactoring of cpus.c continues with cpu timer state extraction.
cpu-timers: responsible for the softmmu cpu timers state,
including cpu clocks and ticks.
icount: counts the TCG instructions executed. As such it is specific to
the TCG accelerator. Therefore, it is built only under CONFIG_TCG.
One complication is due to qtest, which uses an icount field to warp time
as part of qtest (qtest_clock_warp).
In order to solve this problem, provide a separate counter for qtest.
This requires fixing assumptions scattered in the code that
qtest_enabled() implies icount_enabled(), checking each specific case.
