ead62c75f6 Do not include hw/boards.h if it's not really necessary
Stop including hw/boards.h in files that don't need it.

e06054368c hw: Remove superfluous includes of hw/hw.h
The include/hw/hw.h header only has a prototype for hw_error(),
so it does not make sense to include this in files that do not
use this function.

8063396bf3 Use OBJECT_DECLARE_SIMPLE_TYPE when possible
This converts existing DECLARE_INSTANCE_CHECKER usage to
OBJECT_DECLARE_SIMPLE_TYPE when possible.

$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
  --pattern=AddObjectDeclareSimpleType $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

e3355a0ca2 m68k: Add NeXTcube framebuffer device emulation
The NeXTcube uses a linear framebuffer with 4 greyscale colors and
a fixed resolution of 1120 * 832.
This code has been taken from Bryce Lanham's GSoC 2011 NeXT branch at

 https://github.com/blanham/qemu-NeXT/blob/next-cube/hw/next-fb.c

and altered to fit the latest interface of the current QEMU (e.g.
the device has been "qdev"-ified etc.).
