7a8d15d770 hw/vfio/platform: calxeda xgmac device

e2c7d025ad hw/vfio: create common module
A new common module is created. It implements all functions
that have no device specificity (PCI, Platform).

This patch only consists in move (no functional changes)

cf7087db10 vfio: move hw/misc/vfio.c to hw/vfio/pci.c Move vfio.h into include/hw/vfio
