0386f39b46 softmmu: add means to pass an exit code when requesting a shutdown
As of now, the exit code was either EXIT_FAILURE when a panic shutdown
was requested or EXIT_SUCCESS otherwise.
However, some hardware could want to pass more complex exit codes. Thus,
introduce a new shutdown request function allowing that.

02b2e25360 qdev: Add qdev_add_vm_change_state_handler_full()
Add qdev_add_vm_change_state_handler_full() variant that allows setting
a prepare callback in addition to the main callback.

This will facilitate adding P2P support for VFIO migration in the
following patches.

9d3103c81b sysemu: Add prepare callback to struct VMChangeStateEntry
Add prepare callback to struct VMChangeStateEntry.

The prepare callback is optional and can be set by the new function
qemu_add_vm_change_state_handler_prio_full() that allows setting this
callback in addition to the main callback.

The prepare callbacks and main callbacks are called in two separate
phases: First all prepare callbacks are called and only then all main
callbacks are called.

The purpose of the new prepare callback is to allow all devices to run a
preliminary task before calling the devices' main callbacks.

This will facilitate adding P2P support for VFIO migration where all
VFIO devices need to be put in an intermediate P2P quiescent state
before being stopped or started by the main callback.

d7482ffe97 whpx: Added support for breakpoints and stepping
Below is the updated version of the patch adding debugging support to WHPX.
It incorporates feedback from Alex Bennée and Peter Maydell regarding not
changing the emulation logic depending on the gdb connection status.

Instead of checking for an active gdb connection to determine whether QEMU
should intercept the INT1 exceptions, it now checks whether any breakpoints
have been set, or whether gdb has explicitly requested one or more CPUs to
do single-stepping. Having none of these condition present now has the same
effect as not using gdb at all.

Move post-preconfig initialization to the x-exit-preconfig. If preconfig

54d31236b9 sysemu: Split sysemu/runstate.h off sysemu/sysemu.h
sysemu/sysemu.h is a rather unfocused dumping ground for stuff related
to the system-emulator. Evidence:

* It's included widely: in my "build everything" tree, changing
sysemu/sysemu.h still triggers a recompile of some 1100 out of 6600
objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on
qemu/osdep.h, down from 5400 due to the previous two commits).

* It pulls in more than a dozen additional headers.

Split stuff related to run state management into its own header
sysemu/runstate.h.

Touching sysemu/sysemu.h now recompiles some 850 objects. qemu/uuid.h
also drops from 1100 to 850, and qapi/qapi-types-run-state.h from 4400
to 4200. Touching new sysemu/runstate.h recompiles some 500 objects.

Since I'm touching MAINTAINERS to add sysemu/runstate.h anyway, also
add qemu/main-loop.h.
