Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests
has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.
sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

While the qemu-img dd command does accept --image-opts
this is not sufficient to make it work with the LUKS
image yet. This is because bdrv_create() still always
requires the non-image-opts syntax.
Thus we must skip 159/170 with luks for now

This patch adds a basic dd subcommand analogous to dd(1) to qemu-img.
For the start, this implements the bs, if, of and count options and requires
both if and of to be specified (no stdin/stdout if not specified) and doesn't
support tty, pipes, etc.
The image format must be specified with -O for the output if the raw format
is not the intended one.
Two tests are added to test qemu-img dd.
