3c471b0701 tests/docker: Use binaries for debian-tricore-cross
since binutils is pretty old, it fails our CI repeatedly during the
compilation of tricore-binutils. We created a precompiled version using
the debian docker image and download it instead of building it ourself.

We also updated the package to include a newer version of binutils, gcc,
and newlib. The default TriCore ISA version used by tricore-as changed
from the old version, so we have to specify it now. If we don't
'test_fadd' fails with 'unknown opcode'.

The new assembler also picks a new encoding in ld.h which fails the
'test_ld_h' test. We fix that by using the newest TriCore CPU for QEMU.

The old assembler accepted an extra ')' in 'test_imask'. The new one
does not, so lets remove it.

7ac17cb8b2 tests/docker: Install flex in debian-tricore-cross
When flex is not available, binutils sources default to the
'missing' script, but the current script available is not in
the format expected by the 'configure' script:

  $ ./configure

  /usr/src/binutils/missing: Unknown `--run' option
  Try `/usr/src/binutils/missing --help' for more information
  configure: WARNING: `missing' script is too old or missing

  checking for flex... /usr/src/binutils/missing flex

  $ make

  updating ldgram.h
  gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -D_GNU_SOURCE -I. -I. -I../bfd -I./../bfd -I./../include -I./../intl -I../intl  -w -DLOCALEDIR="\"/usr/local/share/locale\""   -W -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -w -c `test -f 'ldgram.c' || echo './'`ldgram.c
  `test -f ldlex.l || echo './'`ldlex.l
  /bin/sh: 1: ldlex.l: not found

  make[3]: Leaving directory '/usr/src/binutils/ld'

By pass the 'missing' script use by directly installing 'flex'
in the container.

b0dd0a3d74 tests: Drop perl-Test-Harness from the CI containers / VMs
The perl test harness is not necessary anymore since commit 3d2f73ef75
("build: use "meson test" as the test harness"). Thus remove it from
tests/lcitool/projects/qemu.yml, run "make lcitool-refresh" and manually
clean the remaining docker / vm files that are not managed by lcitool yet.

3265d1fc77 docker: include bison in debian-tricore-cross
Binutils sometimes fail to build if bison is not installed:

  /bin/sh ./ylwrap `test -f arparse.y || echo ./`arparse.y y.tab.c arparse.c y.tab.h arparse.h y.output arparse.output --  -d
  ./ylwrap: 109: ./ylwrap: -d: not found

(the correct invocation of ylwrap would have "bison -d" after the double
dash). Work around by installing it in the container.

39ce923732 gitlab: enable a very minimal build with the tricore container
Rather than base of the shared Debian 10 container which would require
us to bring in even more dependencies just bring in what is needed for
building tricore-softmmu in GitLab. We don't even remove the container
from the DOCKER_PARTIAL_IMAGES lest we cause more confusion.

767b6bd22b tests/docker: change tag naming scheme of our images
We've been misusing the tag naming scheme for some time by overloading
the post : section with the image type. Really it should be saved for
the revision of that particular build. Move the details to the other
side so we have:

  qemu/image-name

with the implied :latest version added by the tooling.

be5e1f527a docker: par down QEMU_CONFIGURE_OPTS in debian-tricore-cross
This image isn't going to build anything significant as it is just
intended for building test cases. In case it does end up getting
inadvertently included in a build lets aim for the minimal possible

e043d73212 docker: base debian-tricore on qemu:debian9
We need both git and a working compiler to build the tools. Although
the qemu:debian9 image also has a bunch of extra dependencies it would
be fairly unusual for a user not to already have this layer available
for one of our many other docker images so lets not complicate things.
