809eb70ed6 block/null: Remove 'filename' option
This option was only added to allow 'null-co://' and 'null-aio://' as
filenames, its value never served any actual purpose and was ignored.
Nevertheless it was accepted as '-drive driver=null, filename=foo'.

The correct way to enable the protocol prefixes (and that without adding
a useless -drive option) is implementing .bdrv_parse_filename. This is
what this patch does.

Technically, this is an incompatible change, but the null block driver
is only used for benchmarking, testing and debugging, and an option
without effect isn't likely to be used by anyone anyway, so no bad
effects are to be expected.

37546ff28f qemu-iotests: Fix regression in 136 on aio_read invalid
Commit 093ea232 removed the ability for aio_read and aio_write
to artificially inflate the invalid statistics counters for
block devices, since it no longer flags unaligned offset or
length. Add 'aio_read -i' and 'aio_write -i' to restore
the ability, and update test 136 to use it.

91c6e4b7bb block: Remove bdrv_aio_multiwrite()
Since virtio-blk implements request merging itself these days, the only
remaining users are test cases for the function. That doesn't make the
function exactly useful any more.

40119effc5 block: make 'stats-interval' an array of ints instead of a string
This is the natural JSON representation and prevents us from having to
decode the list manually.
