1d1afd9ff7 hw/char/parallel-isa: Implement relocation and enabling/disabling for TYPE_ISA_PARALLEL
The real SuperI/O chips emulated by QEMU allow for relocating and enabling or
disabling their SuperI/O functions via software. So far this is not implemented.
Prepare for that by adding isa_parallel_set_{enabled,iobase}.

9cc44d9bd6 hw/char/parallel-isa: Export struct ISAParallelState
Allows the struct to be embedded directly into device models without additional
allocation.

963e94a97b hw/char/parallel: Move TYPE_ISA_PARALLEL to the header file
We are going to require the macro from other files, too, so move
this #define to the header file.

96927c744f isa: Convert uses of isa_create() with Coccinelle
Replace

    dev = isa_create(bus, type_name);
    ...
    qdev_init_nofail(dev);

by

    dev = isa_new(type_name);
    ...
    isa_realize_and_unref(dev, bus, &error_fatal);

Recent commit "qdev: New qdev_new(), qdev_realize(), etc." explains
why.

Coccinelle script:

a27bd6c779 Include hw/qdev-properties.h less
In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers
a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).

Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h)
actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there
instead.

hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h
and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h.
Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.

While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.

Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

3e3fdad6e1 hw/char/parallel: Make it possible to compile also without CONFIG_PARALLEL
For the downstream distribution of QEMU, we want to compile without
CONFIG_PARALLEL. Commit 9157eee1b1 already moved the function
parallel_hds_isa_init() (which is still required for linking) into a file
that is included anyway, but commit bb3d5ea858 moved it
to a separate file which is only compiled again if CONFIG_PARALLEL is
set. To be able to link QEMU again without CONFIG_PARALLEL, the file
should be considered for linking for all targets that have CONFIG_ISA_BUS.
And while we're at it, add a proper comment in there with the rationale
for the separate file.
