The Linux kernel added a flood check for RX data recently in commit
496a4471b7c3 ("serial: imx: work-around for hardware RX flood"). This
check uses the wake bit in the UART status register 2. The wake bit
indicates that the receiver detected a start bit on the RX line. If the
kernel sees a number of RX interrupts without the wake bit being set, it
treats this as spurious data and resets the UART port. imx_serial does
never set the wake bit and triggers the kernel's flood check.
This patch adds support for the wake bit. wake is set when we receive a
new character (it's not set for break events). It seems that wake is
cleared by the kernel driver, the hardware does not have to clear it
automatically after data was read.
The wake bit can be configured as an interrupt source. Support this
mechanism as well.

Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
--pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
$(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

Linux does not detect a break from this IMX serial driver as a magic
sysrq. Nor does it note a break in the port error counts.
The former is because the Linux driver uses the BRCD bit in the USR2
register to trigger the RS-232 break handler in the kernel, which is
where sysrq hooks in. The emulated UART was not setting this status
bit.
The latter is because the Linux driver expects, in addition to the BRK
bit, that the ERR bit is set when a break is read in the FIFO. A break
should also count as a frame error, so add that bit too.

Move all the frontend struct and methods to a seperate unit. This avoids
accidentally mixing backend and frontend calls, and helps with readabilty.
Make qemu_chr_replay() a macro shared by both char and char-fe.
Export qemu_chr_write(), and use a macro for qemu_chr_write_all()
(nb: yes, CharBackend is for char frontend :)

Store the property in a CharBackend instead of CharDriverState*. This
also replace systematically chr by chr.chr to access the
CharDriverState*. The following patches will replace it with calls to
qemu_chr_fe CharBackend functions.
