0bcea3f74b hw/sd/sdcard: Extract TYPE_SDMMC_COMMON from TYPE_SD_CARD
In order to keep eMMC model simpler to maintain,
extract common properties and the common code from
class_init to the (internal) TYPE_SDMMC_COMMON.

Update the corresponding QOM cast macros.

88d2198c08 hw/sd: Declare QOM types using DEFINE_TYPES() macro
When multiple QOM types are registered in the same file,
it is simpler to use the the DEFINE_TYPES() macro. In
particular because type array declared with such macro
are easier to review.

Mechanical transformation using the following comby script:

  [pattern-x1]

  static const TypeInfo :[i1~.*_info] = {
      :[body]
  };
  static void :[rt1~.*_register_type.](void)

  }
  type_init(:[rt2~.*_register_type.])

  rewrite='''
  static const TypeInfo :[i1][] = {
      {
      :[body]
      },
  };

  DEFINE_TYPES(:[i1])
  '''
  rule='where :[i1] == :[i2], :[rt1] == :[rt2]'

  [pattern-x2]

13606b9951 sd: Don't trace SDRequest crc field
We don't actually implement SD command CRC checking, because
for almost all of our SD controllers the CRC generation is
done in hardware, and so modelling CRC generation and checking
would be a bit pointless. (The exception is that milkymist-memcard
makes the guest software compute the CRC.)

As a result almost all of our SD controller models don't bother
to set the SDRequest crc field, and the SD card model doesn't
check it. So the tracing of it in sdbus_do_command() provokes
Coverity warnings about use of uninitialized data.

Drop the CRC field from the trace; we can always add it back
if and when we do anything useful with the CRC.

Fixes Coverity issues 1386072, 1386074, 1386076, 1390571.

c759a790b6 hw/sd: Add QOM bus which SD cards plug in to
Add a QOM bus for SD cards to plug in to.

Note that since sd_enable() is used only by one board and there
only as part of a broken implementation, we do not provide it in
the SDBus API (but instead add a warning comment about the old
function). Whoever converts OMAP and the nseries boards to QOM
will need to either implement the card switch properly or move
the enable hack into the OMAP MMC controller model.

In the SDBus API, the old-style use of sd_set_cb to register some
qemu_irqs for notification of card insertion and write-protect
toggling is replaced with methods in the SDBusClass which the
card calls on status changes and methods in the SDClass which
the controller can call to find out the current status. The
query methods will allow us to remove the abuse of the 'register
irqs' API by controllers in their reset methods to trigger
the card to tell them about the current status again.
