0d75590d91 ppc: Clean up includes
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes.

be5c9ddabc target-ppc: Fix gdbstub for ppc64le-linux-user
The bswap that's needed for system mode isn't required for
user mode, and in fact breaks debugging.

b3cad3abf6 PPC: Add support for Apple gdb in gdbstub
The Apple gdbstub protocol is different from the normal gdbstub protocol
used on PowerPC. Add support for the different variant, so that we can use
Apple's gdb to debug guest code.

Keep in mind that the switch is a compile time option. We can't detect
during runtime whether a gdb connecting to us is an upstream gdb or an
Apple gdb.

8a286ce450 target-ppc: gdbstub allow byte swapping for reading/writing registers

when using the gdbstub to debug a ppc guest running in little
endian mode.

into a separate function.

986a299893 gdbstub: Replace GET_REG*() macros with gdb_get_reg*() functions
This avoids polluting the global namespace with a non-prefixed macro and
makes it obvious in the call sites that we return.

Semi-automatic conversion using, e.g.,
 sed -i 's/GET_REGL(/return gdb_get_regl(mem_buf, /g' target-*/gdbstub.c
followed by manual tweaking for sparc's GET_REGA() and Coding Style.
