Allow the VIA IDE controller to switch between both legacy and native modes by
calling pci_ide_update_mode() to reconfigure the device whenever PCI_CLASS_PROG
is updated.
This patch moves the initial setting of PCI_CLASS_PROG from via_ide_realize() to
via_ide_reset(), and removes the direct setting of PCI_INTERRUPT_PIN during PCI
bus reset since this is now managed by pci_ide_update_mode(). This ensures that
the device configuration is always consistent with respect to the currently
selected mode.

The via-ide device currently attempts to set the default BAR addresses to the
values shown in the datasheet, but this doesn't work for 2 reasons: firstly
BARS 1-4 do not set the bottom 2 bits to PCI_BASE_ADDRESS_SPACE_IO, and
secondly the initial PCI bus reset clears the values of all PCI device BARs
after the device itself has been reset.
Remove the setting of the default BAR addresses from via_ide_reset() to ensure
there is no doubt that these values are never exposed to the guest.

The existing code uses fixed PCI IRQ routing on IRQ 14 rather than legacy IRQ
14/15 routing as documented in the datasheet.
With the changes in this patchset guest OSs now correctly detect and configure
the VIA controller in legacy IRQ routing mode, allowing the incorrect fixed
PCI IRQ routing to be removed.
Note that this fixed legacy IRQ 14/15 routing is identical to similar behaviour
in the early PIIX IDE controllers.

Almost a third of its inclusions are actually superfluous. Delete

hw/semihosting/config.c, monitor/monitor.c, qdev-monitor.c, and

including it. The compiler is cool with that, but include it anyway.

Device models should access their block backends only through the
block-backend.h API. Convert them, and drop direct includes of
inappropriate headers.
Just four uses of BlockDriverState are left:
* The Xen paravirtual block device backend (xen_disk.c) opens images
itself when set up via xenbus, bypassing blockdev.c. I figure it
should go through qmp_blockdev_add() instead.
* Device model "usb-storage" prompts for keys. No other device model
does, and this one probably shouldn't do it, either.
* ide_issue_trim_cb() uses bdrv_aio_discard() instead of
blk_aio_discard() because it fishes its backend out of a BlockAIOCB,
which has only the BlockDriverState.
* PC87312State has an unused BlockDriverState[] member.

In an ideal world, machines can be built by wiring devices together
with configuration, not code. Unfortunately, that's not the world we
live in right now. We still have quite a few devices that need to be
wired up by code. If you try to device_add such a device, it'll fail
in sometimes mysterious ways. If you're lucky, you get an
unmysterious immediate crash.
To protect users from such badness, DeviceClass member no_user used to
make device models unavailable with -device / device_add, but that
regressed in commit 18b6dad. The device model is still omitted from
help, but is available anyway.
Attempts to fix the regression have been rejected with the argument
that the purpose of no_user isn't clear, and it's prone to misuse.
This commit clarifies no_user's purpose. Anthony suggested to rename
it cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet_due_to_internal_bugs, which
I shorten somewhat to keep checkpatch happy. While there, make it
bool.
Every use of cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet gets a FIXME
comment asking for rationale. The next few commits will clean them
all up, either by providing a rationale, or by getting rid of the use.
With that done, the regression fix is hopefully acceptable.

An IDE bus provided by AHCI can only take a single IDE drive. If you add
a drive as slave, qemu used to accept the command line but the device
wouldn't be actually usable. Catch the situation instead and error out.

Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.
Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending
on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.
However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
