2e0b925a34 hw/rx/rx62n: Only call qdev_get_gpio_in() when necessary
Instead of filling an array of all the possible IRQs, only call
qdev_get_gpio_in() when an IRQ is used. Remove the array from
RX62NState. Doing so we avoid calling qdev_get_gpio_in() on an
unrealized device.

7188dfcda2 hw/rx/rx62n: Reduce inclusion of 'qemu/units.h'
"qemu/units.h" is not used in the "hw/rx/rx62n.h"

52581c718c Clean up header guards that don't match their file name
Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard
collisions less likely.

Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some
renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones.

db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary
