It is confusing having many different pieces of code enabling and
disabling commands, and it is not clear that they all have the same
semantics, especially wrt prioritization of the block/allow lists.
The code attempted to prevent the user from setting both the block
and allow lists concurrently, however, the logic was flawed as it
checked settings in the configuration file separately from the
command line arguments. Thus it was possible to set a block list
in the config file and an allow list via a command line argument.
The --dump-conf option also creates a configuration file with both
keys present, even if unset, which means it is creating a config
that cannot actually be loaded again.
Centralizing the code in a single method "ga_apply_command_filters"
will provide a strong guarantee of consistency and clarify the
intended behaviour. With this there is no compelling technical
reason to prevent concurrent setting of both the allow and block
lists, so this flawed restriction is removed.

The fsfreeze commands are already written to report an error if
vss_init() fails. Reporting a more specific error message is more
helpful than a generic "command is disabled" message, which cannot
between an admin config decision and lack of platform support.

Rather than creating stubs for every command that just return
QERR_UNSUPPORTED, use 'if' conditions in the QAPI schema to
fully exclude generation of the commands on Windows.
The command will be rejected at QMP dispatch time instead,
avoiding reimplementing rejection by blocking the stub commands.
This changes the error message for affected commands from

to
{"class": "CommandNotFound", "desc": "The command FOO has not been found"}
This also fixes an accidental inconsistency where some commands
(guest-get-diskstats & guest-get-cpustats) are implemented as
stubs, yet not added to the blockedrpc list. Those change their
error message from
{"class": "GenericError, "desc": "this feature or command is not currently supported"}
to
{"class": "CommandNotFound", "desc": "The command FOO has not been found"}
The final additional benefit is that the QGA protocol reference
now documents what conditions enable use of the command.

For instance, command guest-exec can fail with an error message like

Since the commit 25b5ff1a86 ("qga: add mountpoint usage info to
GuestFilesystemInfo") we have 2 values reported in guest-get-fsinfo:
used = (f_blocks - f_bfree), total = (f_blocks - f_bfree + f_bavail) as
returned by statvfs(3). While on Windows guests that's all we can get
with GetDiskFreeSpaceExA(), on POSIX guests we might also be interested in
total file system size, as it's visible for root user. Let's add an
optional field 'total-bytes-privileged' to GuestFilesystemInfo struct,
which'd only be reported on POSIX and represent f_blocks value as returned
by statvfs(3).
While here, also tweak the docs to reflect better where those values
come from.

When a volume has more than one disk, all disks cannot be
returned correctly because there is not enough malloced memory
for disk extents, so before executing DeviceIoControl for the
second time, get the correct size of the required memory space
to store all disk extents.

All current versions of glib require _WIN32_WINNT set to 0x0601
or higher already, and we also use this value as a minimum in our
osdep.h header file, so there is no way to still compile this code
with an older version of the Windows ABI. Thus we can drop this
check now.

The has_FOO for pointer-valued FOO are redundant, except for arrays.
They are also a nuisance to work with. Recent commit "qapi: Start to
elide redundant has_FOO in generated C" provided the means to elide
them step by step. This is the step for qga/qapi-schema.json.
Said commit explains the transformation in more detail. The invariant
violations mentioned there do not occur here.

- disable HLT vm-exit
- enable MWAIT

The header has been part of MinGW-w64 since the introduction of the
project (2007). While on MinGW(32), the legacy project, it was imported
in 2014 from w32api-3.17 (commit e4803e0da2).
According to build-platform.rst and our CI coverage, we only support
building with MinGW-w64 (from Debian/Fedora).

g_new(T, n) is neater than g_malloc(sizeof(T) * n). It's also safer,
for two reasons. One, it catches multiplication overflowing size_t.
Two, it returns T * rather than void *, which lets the compiler catch
more type errors.
This commit only touches allocations with size arguments of the form
sizeof(T).

Windows 10 and 11 have the same major and minor versions.
So, the only way to determine the correct version is to
use the build number.
After this commit, the guest agent will return the proper
"version" and "version-id" for Windows 11. The "pretty-name"
is read from the registry and will be incorrect until the
MS updates the registry. We only can create some workaround
and replace 10 to 11.

Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 are based on Windows 10 and
have the same major and minor versions. So, the only way to
detect the proper version is to use the build number.
Before this commit, the guest agent use the last build number
for each OS, but it causes problems when new OS releases.
There are few preview versions before release, and we
can't update this list.
After this commit, the guest agent will use the first build
number. For each new preview version or release version,
Microsoft increases the build number, so we can add the number
of the first preview build and this will work until the new
OS release.

Anywhere we create a list of just one item or by prepending items
(typically because order doesn't matter), we can use
QAPI_LIST_PREPEND(). But places where we must keep the list in order
by appending remain open-coded until later patches.
Note that as a side effect, this also performs a cleanup of two minor
issues in qga/commands-posix.c: the old code was performing
new = g_malloc0(sizeof(*ret));
which 1) is confusing because you have to verify whether 'new' and
'ret' are variables with the same type, and 2) would conflict with C++
compilation (not an actual problem for this file, but makes
copy-and-paste harder).

check_suspend_mode()'s error message
Parameter 'mode' expects GuestSuspendMode
makes no sense to users: GuestSuspendMode is a C enum. Fortunately,
it is unreachable. Replace it by abort().

The command lists all the physical disk drives. Unlike for Linux
partitions and virtual volumes are not listed.

Add API and stubs for new guest-get-disks command.
The command guest-get-fsinfo can be used to list information about disks
and partitions but it is limited only to mounted disks with filesystem.
This new command should allow listing information about disks of the VM
regardles whether they are mounted or not. This can be usefull for
management applications for mapping virtualized devices or pass-through
devices to device names in the guest OS.
