The call sites have been audited to ensure the ffs(0) - 1 == -1 case

The spinning struct is in guest endianness, so we need to initialize
its variables in guest endianness too.
This fixes booting e500 guests with SMP on x86 for me.

Both fields are used in VMState, thus need to be moved together.
Explicitly zero them on reset since they were located before
breakpoints.
Pass PowerPCCPU to kvmppc_handle_halt().
