279695a4a4 hw/rtc/twl92230: Use int64_t for sec_offset and alm_sec
In the twl92230 device, use int64_t for the two state fields
sec_offset and alm_sec, because we set these to values that
are either time_t or differences between two time_t values.

These fields aren't saved in vmstate anywhere, so we can
safely widen them.

2f93d8b04a rtc: Move RTC function prototypes to their own header
softmmu/rtc.c defines two public functions: qemu_get_timedate() and
qemu_timedate_diff(). Currently we keep the prototypes for these in
qemu-common.h, but most files don't need them. Move them to their
own header, a new include/sysemu/rtc.h.

Since the C files using these two functions did not need to include
qemu-common.h for any other reason, we can remove those include lines
when we add the include of the new rtc.h.

The license for the .h file follows that of the softmmu/rtc.c
where both the functions are defined.

3ddba9a9e9 migration: Replace migration's JSON writer by the general one
Commit 8118f0950f "migration: Append JSON description of migration
stream" needs a JSON writer. The existing qobject_to_json() wasn't a
good fit, because it requires building a QObject to convert. Instead,
migration got its very own JSON writer, in commit 190c882ce2 "QJSON:
Add JSON writer". It tacitly limits numbers to int64_t, and strings
contents to characters that don't need escaping, unlike
qobject_to_json().

The previous commit factored the JSON writer out of qobject_to_json().
Replace migration's JSON writer by it.

216776099b hw/rtc/twl92230: Silence warnings about missing fallthrough statements
When compiling with -Werror=implicit-fallthrough, gcc complains about
missing fallthrough annotations in this file. Looking at the code,
the fallthrough is indeed wanted here, but instead of adding the
annotations, it can be done more efficiently by simply calculating
the offset with a subtraction instead of increasing a local variable
one by one.

db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary
