c4407f19bd erst: drop cast to long long 
The way to print uint64_t is with PRIx64, not with
a cast to long long.

bd24550e5c ACPI ERST: qtest for ERST 
This change provides a qtest that locates and then does a simple
interrogation of the ERST feature within the guest.
