a9d8b3ec43 slirp: replace remaining qemu headers dependency
Except for the migration code which is gated by WITH_QEMU, only
include our own headers, so libslirp can be built standalone.

e44203db9d slirp: remove now useless QEMU headers inclusions
Some of those could have been squashed earlier, but it is easier to do
it all here.

226ea7a964 slirp: call into g_debug() for DEBUG macros
Make slirp use GLib logging, instead of fprintf(), so that
applications can filter log, process it etc.

With recent versions of glib, G_MESSAGES_DEBUG must be set to "all" or
"Slirp" to see slirp debug messages.

Reformat DEBUG_MISC & DEBUG_ERROR calls to not need \n ending.

2afbb788ff slirp: improve a bit the debug macros
Let them accept multiple arguments. Simplify the inner argument
handling of DEBUG_ARGS/DEBUG_MISC_DEBUG_ERROR.

7b143999f2 slirp: Add support for stateless DHCPv6
Provide basic support for stateless DHCPv6 (see RFC 3736) so
that guests can also automatically boot via IPv6 with SLIRP
(for IPv6 network booting, see RFC 5970 for details).

Tested with:

qemu-system-ppc64 -nographic -vga none -boot n -net nic \
        -net user,ipv6=yes,ipv4=no,tftp=/path/to/tftp,bootfile=ppc64.img
