A connecting chardev object has an additional reference by the connecting
thread, so if the chardev is still connecting by the end of the test,
then the chardev object won't be freed. This in turn means that the yank
instance won't be unregistered and when running the next test-case
yank_register_instance will abort, because the yank instance is
already/still registered.

commit 1e419ee68f ("chardev: generate an internal id when none
given") changed the reference ownership semantics of
qemu_chardev_new(NULL, ...): now all chardevs created using
qemu_chardev_new() are added to the /chardevs QOM container, and
the caller does not own a reference to the newly created object.
However, the code at char_file_test_internal() had not been
updated and was calling object_unref() on a chardev object it
didn't own. This makes the chardev be destroyed, but leaves a
dangling pointer in the /chardev container children list, and
seems to be the cause of the following char_serial_test() crash:
Unexpected error in object_property_try_add() at ../qom/object.c:1220: \
attempt to add duplicate property 'serial-id' to object (type 'container')
ERROR test-char - too few tests run (expected 38, got 9)
Update the code to use object_unparent() at the end of
char_file_test_internal(), to make sure the chardev will be
correctly removed from the QOM tree.

The Chardev events are listed in the QEMUChrEvent enum.
By using the enum in the IOEventHandler typedef we:
- make the IOEventHandler type more explicit (this handler
process out-of-band information, while the IOReadHandler
is in-band),
- help static code analyzers.

If the socket is connecting or connected, tcp_chr_update_read_handler will
be called but it should not set the NetListener's callbacks again.
Otherwise, tcp_chr_accept is invoked while the socket is in connected
state and you get an assertion failure.

This will be needed by vhost-user-test, when each test switches to
its own GMainLoop and GMainContext. Otherwise, for a reconnecting
socket the initial connection will happen on the default GMainContext,
and no one will be listening on it.

The current socket chardev tests try to exercise the chardev socket
driver in both server and client mode at the same time. The chardev API
is not very well designed to handle both ends of the connection being in
the same process so this approach makes the test case quite unpleasant
to deal with.
This splits the tests into distinct cases, one to test server socket
chardevs and one to test client socket chardevs. In each case the peer
is run in a background thread using the simpler QIOChannelSocket APIs.
The main test case code can now be written in a way that mirrors the
typical usage from within QEMU.
In doing this recfactoring it is possible to greatly expand the test
coverage for the socket chardevs to test all combinations except for a
server operating in blocking wait mode.

Now that we can safely call QOBJECT() on QObject * as well as its
subtypes, we can have macros qobject_ref() / qobject_unref() that work
everywhere instead of having to use QINCREF() / QDECREF() for QObject
and qobject_incref() / qobject_decref() for its subtypes.
The replacement is mechanical, except I broke a long line, and added a
cast in monitor_qmp_cleanup_req_queue_locked(). Unlike
qobject_decref(), qobject_unref() doesn't accept void *.
Note that the new macros evaluate their argument exactly once, thus no
need to shout them.

When starting QEMU management apps will usually setup a monitor socket, and
then open it immediately after startup. If not using QEMU's own -daemonize
arg, this process can be troublesome to handle correctly. The mgmt app will
need to repeatedly call connect() until it succeeds, because it does not
know when QEMU has created the listener socket. If can't retry connect()
forever though, because an error might have caused QEMU to exit before it
even creates the monitor.
The obvious way to fix this kind of problem is to just pass in a pre-opened
socket file descriptor for the QEMU monitor to listen on. The management
app can now immediately call connect() just once. If connect() fails it
knows that QEMU has exited with an error.
The SocketAddress(Legacy) structs allow for FD passing via the monitor, and
now via inherited file descriptors from the process that spawned QEMU. The
final missing piece is adding a 'fd' parameter in the socket chardev
options.
This allows both HMP usage, pass any FD number with SCM_RIGHTS, then
running HMP commands:

Note that numeric FDs cannot be referenced directly in HMP, only named FDs.
And also CLI usage, by leak FD 3 from parent by clearing O_CLOEXEC, then
spawning QEMU with
-chardev socket,fd=3,id=mon
-mon chardev=mon,mode=control
Note that named FDs cannot be referenced in CLI args, only numeric FDs.
We do not wire this up in the legacy chardev syntax, so you cannot use FD
passing with '-qmp', you must use the modern '-mon' + '-chardev' pair.
When passing pre-opened FDs there is a restriction on use of TLS encryption.
It can be used on a server socket chardev, but cannot be used for a client
socket chardev. This is because when validating a server's certificate, the
client needs to have a hostname available to match against the certificate
identity.

Introduce ChardevClass.chr_machine_done() hook so that chardevs can run
customized procedures after machine init.
There was an existing mux user already that did similar thing but used a
raw machine done notifier. Generalize it into a framework, and let the
mux chardevs provide such a class-specific hook to achieve the same
thing. Then we can move the mux related code to the char-mux.c file.
Since at it, replace the mux_realized variable with the global
machine_init_done varible.
This notifier framework will be further leverged by other type of
chardevs soon.

In my "build everything" tree, a change to the types in
qapi-schema.json triggers a recompile of about 4800 out of 5100
objects.
The previous commit split up qmp-commands.h, qmp-event.h, qmp-visit.h,
qapi-types.h. Each of these headers still includes all its shards.
Reduce compile time by including just the shards we actually need.
To illustrate the benefits: adding a type to qapi/migration.json now
recompiles some 2300 instead of 4800 objects. The next commit will
improve it further.

qemu-common.h includes qemu/option.h, but most places that include the
former don't actually need the latter. Drop the include, and add it
to the places that actually need it.
While there, drop superfluous includes of both headers, and
separate #include from file comment with a blank line.
This cleanup makes the number of objects depending on qemu/option.h
drop from 4545 (out of 4743) to 284 in my "build everything" tree.

Check the expected behaviour of qemu_chr_be_event() on a mux chardev.
For some reason, sending the event on the base chardev broadcast to
all frontends, while sending it on the mux chardev itself should
trigger the event on the currently focused chardev frontend.

In QEMU's main_loop() we used to check whether we should do
a nonblocking call to main_loop(); this was deleted in commit e330c118f2,
because now that vCPUs always drop the I/O thread lock it is an unnecessary
optimization.
The loop in test-char.c copied the old QEMU main_loop() code, but
here the nonblocking check has never been necessary because this
standalone test case doesn't hold the I/O lock anyway. Remove it,
so we can drop the main_loop_wait() return value.

Sending a break on a serial console can be useful for debugging the
guest. But not all chardev backends support sending breaks (only telnet
and mux do). The chardev-send-break command allows to send a break even
if using other backends.

This simplifies removing a backend for a frontend user (no need to
retrieve the associated driver and separate delete call etc).
NB: many frontends have questionable handling of ending a chardev. They
should probably delete the backend to prevent broken reusage.

Move all the frontend struct and methods to a seperate unit. This avoids
accidentally mixing backend and frontend calls, and helps with readabilty.
Make qemu_chr_replay() a macro shared by both char and char-fe.
Export qemu_chr_write(), and use a macro for qemu_chr_write_all()
(nb: yes, CharBackend is for char frontend :)

SocketAddressLegacy is a simple union, and simple unions are awkward:
they have their variant members wrapped in a "data" object on the
wire, and require additional indirections in C. SocketAddress is the
equivalent flat union. Convert all users of SocketAddressLegacy to
SocketAddress, except for existing external interfaces.
