Ben Herrenschmidt	6e270446d0	Implement PAPR virtual SCSI interface (ibmvscsi) ... This patch implements the infrastructure and hypercalls necessary for the PAPR specified Virtual SCSI interface. This is the normal method for providing (virtual) disks to PAPR partitions.
