a78e9839ae hw/i2c: add asynchronous send
Add an asynchronous version of i2c_send() that requires the slave to
explicitly acknowledge on the bus with i2c_ack().

The current master must use the new i2c_start_send_async() to indicate
that it wants to do an asynchronous transfer. This allows the i2c core
to check if the target slave supports this or not. This approach relies
on adding a new enum i2c_event member, which is why a bunch of other
devices needs changes in their event handling switches.

OBJECT_DECLARE_SIMPLE_TYPE when possible.

db1015e92e Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.

Patch generated using:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.

Followed by:

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
    $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')

which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

1373b15bb5 hw/i2c: Rename i2c_create_slave() as i2c_slave_create_simple()
We use "create_simple" names for functions that allocate, initialize,
configure and realize device objects: pci_create_simple(),
isa_create_simple(), usb_create_simple(). For consistency, rename
i2c_create_slave() as i2c_slave_create_simple(). Since we have
to update all the callers, also let it return a I2CSlave object.

d645427057 Include migration/vmstate.h less
In my "build everything" tree, changing migration/vmstate.h triggers a
recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).

hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers
include it just to get VMStateDescription. The previous commit made
that unnecessary.

Include migration/vmstate.h only where it's still needed. Touching it
now recompiles only some 1600 objects.

2ac4c5f4d2 i2c: have I2C receive operation return uint8_t
It is never supposed to fail and cannot return an error, so just
have it return the proper type. Have it return 0xff on nothing
available, since that's what would happen on a real bus.

a643bd7749 hw/sii9022: Add support for Silicon Image SII9022
This adds support for emulating the Silicon Image SII9022 DVI/HDMI
bridge. It's not very clever right now, it just acknowledges
the switch into DDC I2C mode and back. Combining this with the
existing DDC I2C emulation gives the right behavior on the Versatile
Express emulation passing through the QEMU EDID to the emulated
platform.
