0754f60429 s390x/cpumodel: expose features and feature groups as properties
Let's add all features and feature groups as properties to all CPU models.
If the "host" CPU model is unknown, we can neither query nor change
features. KVM will just continue to work like it did until now.

We will not allow to enable features that were not part of the original
CPU model, because that could collide with the IBC in KVM.

ad5afd07b6 s390x/cpumodel: store the CPU model in the CPU instance
A CPU model consists of a CPU definition, to which delta changes are
applied - features added or removed (e.g. z13-base,vx=on). In addition,
certain properties (e.g. cpu id) can later on change during migration
but belong into the CPU model. This data will later be filled from the
host model in the KVM case.

Therefore, store the configured CPU model inside the CPU instance, so
we can later on perform delta changes using properties.

For the "qemu" model, we emulate in TCG a z900. "host" will be
uninitialized (cpu->model == NULL) unless we have CPU model support in KVM
later on. The other models are all initialized from their definitions.
Only the "host" model can have a cpu->model == NULL.

41868f846d s390x/cpumodel: "host" and "qemu" as CPU subclasses
This patch introduces two CPU models, "host" and "qemu".
"qemu" is used as default when running under TCG. "host" is used
as default when running under KVM. "host" cannot be used without KVM.
"host" is not migration-safe. They both inherit from the base s390x CPU,
which is turned into an abstract class.

This patch also changes CPU creation to take care of the passed CPU string
and reuses common code parse_features() function for that purpose. Unknown
CPU definitions are now reported. The "-cpu ?" and "query-cpu-definition"
commands are changed to list all CPU subclasses automatically, including
migration-safety and whether static.

b60fae32ff s390x/kvm: 2 byte software breakpoint support
Diag 501 (4 bytes) was used until now for software breakpoints on s390.
As instructions on s390 might be 2 bytes long, temporarily overwriting them
with 4 bytes is evil and can result in very strange guest behaviour.

We make use of invalid instruction 0x0000 as new sw breakpoint instruction.
We have to enable interception of that instruction in KVM using a
capability.

If no software breakpoint has been inserted at the reported position, an
operation exception has to be injected into the guest. Otherwise a
breakpoint has been hit and the pc has to be rewound.

If KVM doesn't yet support interception of instruction 0x0000 the
existing mechanism exploiting diag 501 is used. To keep overhead low,
interception of instruction 0x0000 will only be enabled if sw breakpoints
are really used.

07f5a25875 target-*: Clean up cpu.h header guards
Most of them use guard symbols like CPU_$target_H, but we also have
__MIPS_CPU_H__ and __TRICORE_CPU_H__. They all upset

The script dislikes CPU_$target_H because they don't match their file

are reserved identifiers.

Clean them all up: use guard symbol $target_CPU_H for

777c98c32c target-s390x: basic PER event handling
This patch add basic support to generate PER exceptions. It adds two
fields to the cpu structure to record for the PER address and PER
code & ATMID values. When an exception is triggered and a PER event is
pending, the two PER values are copied to the lowcore area.

At the end of an instruction, an helper is checking for a possible
pending PER event and triggers an exception in that case. For that to
work with branches, we need to disable TB chaining when PER is
activated. Fortunately it's already in the TB flags.

Finally in case of a SERVICE CALL exception, we need to trigger the PER
exception immediately after.

06e3c077da target-s390x: fix setcc in TCG mode
In TCG mode we should store the CC value in env->cc_op. However do it
inconditionnaly because:
- the tcg_enabled function is not inlined
- it's probably faster to always store the value, especially given it
is likely in the same cache line than env->psw.mask.

1f65958d9c target-s390x: fix MMU index computation
The cpu_mmu_index function wrongly looks at PSW P bit to determine the
MMU index, while this bit actually only control the use of priviledge
instructions. The addressing mode is detected by looking at the PSW ASC
bits instead.

This used to work more or less correctly up to kernel 3.6 as the kernel
was running in primary space and userland in secondary space. Since
kernel 3.7 the default is to run the kernel in home space and userland
in primary space. While the current QEMU code seems to work it open some
security issues, like accessing the lowcore memory in R/W mode from a
userspace process once it has been accessed by the kernel (it is then
cached by the QEMU TLB).

At the same time change the MMU_USER_IDX value so that it matches the
value used in recent kernels.

b2ac0ff5d9 s390x: Migrate vector registers
When migrating a guest, be sure to include the vector registers.
The vector registers are defined in a subsection, similar to the
existing subsection for floating point registers. Since the
floating point registers are always present (and thus migrated),
we can skip them when performing the migration of the vector
registers which may or may not be present.

fcb79802e0 s390x: Vector Register IOCTLs
Handle the actual syncing of the vector registers with kernel space,
via the get/put register IOCTLs.

The vector registers that were introduced with the z13 overlay
the existing floating point registers. FP registers 0-15 are
the high-halves of vector registers 0-15. Thus, remove the
freg fields and replace them with the equivalent vector field
to avoid errors in duplication. Moreover, synchronize either the
vector registers via kvm_sync_regs, or floating point registers
via the GET/SET FPU IOCTLs.

6cb1e49de5 s390x/kvm: Support access register mode for KVM_S390_MEM_OP ioctl
Access register mode is one of the modes that control dynamic address
translation. In this mode the address space is specified by values of
the access registers. The effective address-space-control element is
obtained from the result of the access register translation. See
the "Access-Register Introduction" section of the chapter 5 "Program
Execution" in "Principles of Operations" for more details.

When the CPU is in AR mode, the s390_cpu_virt_mem_rw() function must
know which access register number to use for address translation.
This patch does several things:
- add new parameter 'uint8_t ar' to that function
- decode ar number from intercepted instructions
- pass the ar number to s390_cpu_virt_mem_rw(), which in turn passes it
to the KVM_S390_MEM_OP ioctl.

f07177a559 s390x/kvm: Put vm name, extended name and UUID into STSI322 SYSIB
KVM prefills the SYSIB, returned by STSI 3.2.2. This patch allows
userspace to intercept execution, and fill in the values, that are
known to qemu: machine name (8 chars), extended machine name (256
chars), extended machine name encoding (equals 2 for UTF-8) and UUID.

STSI322 qemu handler also finds a highest virtualization level in
level-3 virtualization stack that doesn't support Extended Names
(Ext Name delimiter) and propagates zero Ext Name to all levels below,
because this level is not capable of managing Extended Names of lower
levels.
