9b13640da3 hw/misc/pvpanic: centralize definition of supported events
The different components of pvpanic duplicate the list of supported
events. Move it to the shared header file to minimize changes when new
events are added.

MST: tweak: keep header included in pvpanic.c to avoid header
dependency, rebase.

b8116f4cba update-linux-headers: move pvpanic.h to correct directory
Linux has <misc/pvpanic.h>, not <linux/pvpanic.h>. Use the same
directory for QEMU's include/standard-headers/ copy.

ff36e90e7c acpi: pvpanic-isa: use AcpiDevAmlIfClass:build_dev_aml to provide device's AML
.. and clean up not longer needed conditionals in DSTD build code
pvpanic-isa AML will be fetched and included when ISA bridge will
build its own AML code (including attached devices).

Expected AML change:
   the device under separate _SB.PCI0.ISA scope is moved directly
   under Device(ISA) node.

45d8c0520b hw/misc/pvpanic: Use standard headers instead
QEMU side has already imported pvpanic.h from linux, remove bit
definitions from include/hw/misc/pvpanic.h, and use
include/standard-headers/linux/pvpanic.h instead.
Also minor changes for PVPANIC_CRASHLOADED -> PVPANIC_CRASH_LOADED.

5e78c98b7c Mark remaining global TypeInfo instances as const
More than 1k of TypeInfo instances are already marked as const. Mark the
remaining ones, too.

This commit was created with:
  git grep -z -l 'static TypeInfo' -- '*.c' | \
  xargs -0 sed -i 's/static TypeInfo/static const TypeInfo/'

677726ef1e hw/misc/pvpanic: split-out generic and bus dependent code
To ease the PCI device addition in next patches, split the code as follows:
- generic code (read/write/setup) is being kept in pvpanic.c
- ISA dependent code moved to pvpanic-isa.c

Also, rename:
- ISA_PVPANIC_DEVICE -> PVPANIC_ISA_DEVICE.
- TYPE_PVPANIC -> TYPE_PVPANIC_ISA.
- MemoryRegion io -> mr.
- pvpanic_ioport_* in pvpanic_*.

Update the build system with the new files and config structure.
