target/mips: Let CPUMIPSTLBContext::map_address() take MMUAccessType
get_seg_physical_address() calls CPUMIPSTLBContext::map_address() handlers passing a MMUAccessType type. Update the prototype handlers to take a MMUAccessType argument, as it is stricter than an integer.
