hw/arm/stellaris: Use CamelCase for STELLARIS_ADC type name

Following docs/devel/style.rst guidelines, rename
stellaris_adc_state -> StellarisADCState. This also remove a
use of 'struct' in the DECLARE_INSTANCE_CHECKER() macro call.
