riscv: spike: Add a generic spike machine
Add a generic spike machine (not tied to a version) and deprecate the spike mahines that are tied to a specific version. As we can now specify the CPU via the command line we no londer need specific versions of the spike machines. The version specific Spike machines have been deprecated in favour of the

generic ``spike`` machine. If you need to specify an older version of the RISC-V

spec you can use the ``-cpu rv64gcsu,priv_spec=v1.9.1`` command line argument.
