vdpa: Skip protected ram IOMMU mappings
Following the logic of commit 56918a126a
("memory: Add RAM_PROTECTED
flag to skip IOMMU mappings") with VFIO, skip memory sections
inaccessible via normal mechanisms, including DMA.
