hw/cxl: Pass CXLComponentState to cache_mem_ops

cache_mem_ops.{read,write}() interprets opaque as
CXLComponentState(cxl_cstate) instead of ComponentRegisters(cregs).

Fortunately, cregs is the first member of cxl_cstate, so their values are
the same.
