migration: move definition of struct QEMUFile back into qemu-file.c
Now that the memory buffer based QEMUFile impl is gone, there is no need for any backend to be accessing internals of the QEMUFile struct, so it can be moved back into qemu-file.c Reviewed-by: Dr. David Alan Gilbert <dgilbert@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Daniel P.
