pc-dimm: use get_uint() for dimm properties

TYPE_PC_DIMM's property PC_DIMM_ADDR_PROP is defined with
DEFINE_PROP_UINT64().

TYPE_PC_DIMM's property PC_DIMM_NODE_PROP is defined with
DEFINE_PROP_UINT32().
