Fix 32-bit build error for vmbus:

  hw/hyperv/vmbus.c: In function ‘gpadl_iter_io’:
  hw/hyperv/vmbus.c:383:13: error: cast to pointer from integer of different size [-Werror=int-to-pointer-cast]
