xen: mapcache: Refactor xen_invalidate_map_cache_entry_unlocked
Add MapCache argument to xen_invalidate_map_cache_entry_unlocked. This is in preparation for supporting multiple map caches. No functional changes. Signed-off-by: Edgar E.
