tests: add atomic64-bench

- With CONFIG_ATOMIC64:
$ tests/atomic64-bench  -n 1
 Throughput:         310.40 Mops/s

- Without:
$ tests/atomic64-bench  -n 1
 Throughput:         149.08 Mops/s
