mirror: Add 'job-id' parameter to 'blockdev-mirror' and 'drive-mirror'
This patch adds a new optional 'job-id' parameter to 'blockdev-mirror' and 'drive-mirror', allowing the user to specify the ID of the block job to be created. The HMP 'drive_mirror' command remains unchanged.
