hw/char: Have FEWatchFunc handlers return G_SOURCE_CONTINUE/REMOVE
GLib recommend to use G_SOURCE_REMOVE / G_SOURCE_CONTINUE for GSourceFunc callbacks. Our FEWatchFunc is a GSourceFunc returning such value. Use such definitions which are "more memorable" [*].
