util/vfio-helpers: Remove unreachable code in qemu_vfio_dma_map()
qemu_vfio_add_mapping() returns a pointer to an indexed entry in pre-allocated QEMUVFIOState::mappings[], thus can not be NULL. Remove the pointless check.
