Introduce a default qmp session

Basically, -qmp unix:%{home}/.qemu/qmp/%{uuid}.sock,server,nowait

%{uuid} will be -uuid if it's specified, otherwise, if libuuid is available,
we generate a uuid.  If it's not available, we don't create one.
