ui/console: Remove PixelFormat from qemu/typedefs.h

Header files requiring PixelFormat already include "ui/qemu-pixman.h".

To clean "qemu/typedefs.h", move the declaration to "ui/qemu-pixman.h"
(removing the forward declaration).
